In this period of social distancing, and working from home, I have started with yoga. Every day I do at least one session and I must admit it makes me feel wonderful.

It is nice to spend time on myself, even if it sometimes is only for 20 minutes. I feel more connected to my body and the sessions often relax my mind after a busy day.

I love the online sessions from Juliana and Mark (https://bohobeautiful.life). They offer different levels of sessions and for me it has been perfect as a beginner. You can start with free videos and if you like it sign up for a membership with more advanced sessions. Due to the current situation with Covid-19, they have started to offer memberships starting at $1 per month or what you would like to give.
